The TESI Public Policy Research Fellowship (PPRF) is an academic and leadership development, designed to equip young Ugandans with the knowledge, skills, and tools to conduct evidence-based research, analyze public policy issues, and publish their findings in academic journals and newspapers.
Promote evidence-based dialogue on key policy issues affecting Uganda’s education and public sectors.
The fellowship brings together outstanding university students, graduates, and early-career professionals who are passionate about influencing educational policies through scholarly inquiry and public writing. PPRF fosters a culture of critical thinking, intellectual debate, and research-driven advocacy for better policymaking and governance in Uganda and beyond.
